This spicy and intensely flavorful dish marries copius amounts of cilantro with fresh ginger, garlic, thai chilis, coconut milk and boneless chicken. It is served over jasmine rice and can be made medium to hot.

Shrimp paste and fish sauce add authenticity to the housemade curry paste. This spicy curry is served over cilantro rice with housemade garlic naan. (Vegan option).

Green bananas are pan fried with cardamom and cumin. Coconut milk and lime juice combine with turmeric and pair well with the shrimp. Can be made mild to hot, served with naan.
